Study On The Quality Of Government's Purchase Of Community Public Service Project Based On A Case Of X Community

From twentieth Century 80 s,the research and practice of government purchase of public services began to rise and development in western countries,and has produced some problems in this process followed by the corresponding academic research.The study of public services in city communities has acquired some achievements,but the study on the quality evaluation of public services which are purchased by the government is rare.The project of government procurement of public services in the process of easy problems mainly in:the service may have different service phenomenon against its original intention under certain conditions in the provision of public services.The reason is the lack of public participation.In essence,Whether the quality of the public services provided by the government is satisfied with the needs of the public should be evaluated by the public,so we need to constructing a complete and effective evaluation system for public service quality of government purchase community.The present article first clarifies the related concepts and theories of the project quality management,and combs the evaluation models and methods of public service projects at home and abroad.Based on related literature and theory,according to the particularity of the SERVQUAL model and the characteristics of community public service,enhances the original secondary indicators,and carried out a feasibility test,finally identified 26 questions to form a questionnaire,which can be used as the measurement tool of this study,Moreover,it initially formed a theoretical model for evaluating the quality of community public services.And then the author used this method is used to evaluate construction project of public fitness facilities in X community,The results of this paper can provide the train of thought for the later assessment work of similar public service.
