The Customer Management System Of Small Loan Companies

With the continuous improvement of per capita living standards and the steady development of society,people's concept of consumption has become more bold and open,hoping that greater profits will be made in the form of investment.For meeting the demand of people,many credit companies have been established in the era of big internet data.Such companies need to have a customer management system that fits into their own business development,in order to stand out among the many competitors,facing large customer groups and growing trading volumes.The goal of this study is to build a customer management system for small loan companies,contributing to the development of the credit industry,through the Internet platform,big data analysis tools,data mining technology and some advanced experience in CRM management system.The system combines the advanced scientific management system and the big data concept.The network interface is simple and generous,having complete functions,clear power and responsibility,high safety.According to the development status of small loan industry and the difficulties faced,the system has been analyzed and designed in detail to meet customer management requirements.The system is managed with process,using data mining technology to fully tap the potential value of customers.The system belongs to the WEB mode and does not need to be installed,simple to maintain,update,and upgrade.The system belongs to the B/S structure,divided into eight modules,mainly useing PHP development technology,MYSQL database,other data warehouse,data mining technology and some data analysis tools.In this paper,according to the credit industry enterprise management model,the system is analyzed and designed in detail.With the aid of StarUML soft,the detailed case analysis of the system application is carried out,the database has been designed in detail,the development results are demonstrated,the codes of main function implementation are listed.Finally,the function and performance of the system are tested in detail.In order to ensure the security of the system,strict authority control is applied to the system user,at the same time,the system operation log and monitoring log are established,the data is backed up regularly.
