Study On Early Warning Model Of Occupational Disease Hazard Risk And Insurance

According to the statistics of relevant state departments,the incidence of occupational diseases in our country has kept a high level in recent years,and occupational hazards have distributed more and more widely in the industry.The emergence of occupational diseases has caused great economic losses while threatening the health of workers.In addition,the protection system of occupational diseases in China is not perfect,and the current insurance system can not meet the medical needs of the most patients of occupational diseases.Therefore,how to implement the preventive and control measures of occupational diseases and improve the guarantee system for occupational diseases patients has become a major social issue,which is related to the sustainable supply of labor resources in our country and the green development of the national economy.In this paper,risk early warning theory is introduced into prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.According to the pathogenic mechanism of occupational harmful factors,risk analysis and evaluation of pneumoconiosis is conducted from three aspects: inherent risk factors,occupational health management factors of enterprises and individual differences among laborers.Then,the influence weight of three factors is determined by the assessment results,which are fitted by using the principal component analysis.Based on this,the risk early-warning model of pneumoconiosis was established,and the warning level of risk was divided and validated through examples.According to the early-warning mode,the forecast and early warning of labourer's pneumoconiosis risk can be carryed out.At the same time,the corresponding improvement suggestions on risk control measures can be put forward,which could strive to prevent and control the harm of occupational diseases from the source and reduce the incidence of occupational diseases.Finally,this paper combines risk early warning mode and insurance theory to study and design the framework of occupational disease insurance plan,discussing the scope of protection,the mode of protection,the liability limit and the premium rate from four aspects,which could provide reference for the design and development of occupational disease insurance products in our country.
