From 1990s to now,the financial disclosure of government departments in China is a very important part of the whole government information publicity,and it is the key to the process of the legalization of national construction.With the rapid development of economy and further promote of legal construction,and more people have the growing public demand for the participation and supervision of government actions,as a grassroots financial department,Although the financial information disclosure of the Finance Bureau of X district started late,its public business standards are constantly improving and the public efforts are also increasing,because of the lack of information technology,financial disclosure still exists,business operations are not standardized,incomplete and other issues.To study the financial disclosure management information system of X Financial Bureau,and optimize the design of the public financial management information system,it can not only promote the information construction of the financial public affairs of the Finance Bureau of X district,to improve the efficiency and quality of work and more sophisticated and scientific to ensure open and transparent financial information,but also greatly promote the construction of a clean government sector,speed up the transformation of government functions,so it is of important significance for optimization design of X District Finance Bureau of public finance management information system.This article introduces the background and significance of the public financial management information system research at first,then put forward the connotation and process of financial information disclosure of the related research,introduces the domestic theories of government financial information disclosure and the development of management information system in Chinese government departments,through the analysis of the process and current situation of the financial information disclosure service of X District Finance Bureau,puts forward some existing problems at this stage of public finance management of the X District Finance Bureau,and explains the causes of the problem,Therefore put forward the design framework and target of financial public management information system of X District Finance Bureau,on this basis to make further optimized and the design scheme of the X District Finance Bureau public financial management information system,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of public financial information supporting measures.This article is based on the current situation of financial information disclosure in X District Finance bureau,hope that through the optimization of the X District Finance Bureau public financial management information system,starting from the two aspects of theory and operation,provides some reference for the development of the X District Bureau of finance public service.
