Investment And Loan Linkage Business Analysis In China

In the background of the “new normal” and “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” in China,with the characteristics of flexibility and innovative,the small and mid-sized enterprises win attention from the market,but,because they have some fatal flaws,such as lack of fixed assets,shortage of the mortgaged property,high risk and so on.They are difficult to raise effective development funds.In April 2016,our government issued \about support banking financial institutions to strengthen innovation in technological enterprises loan and linkage pilot guidance\(in after referred as the \guidelines\),the first five pilot demonstration areas and ten banks operate investment and loan linkage business,which is beneficial to resolve the phenomenon of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties,and also challenge to the traditional banking credit.Before,the commercial bank has carried on investment and loan linkage business in the preliminary exploration,but that’s too slow in recent years.What’s more,most commercial banks only stay in the surface,which compared with foreign mature investment and loan linkage business,so our banks need to be further explored.In this paper,the first ten pilot banks as the research object.Firstly,we elaborate the research background and necessity of conducting investment and loan linkage business,followed by defining the concept of investment and loan linkage business,then studying relevant literature review at home and abroad,and a brief comment on the literature review,and then comb domestic for linkage different definitions of the business,as well as China’s commercial banks carry out the investment and loan linkage business,silicon valley bank and the small and medium-sized enterprise growth fund carry out linkage business,by using the comparison method,from the perspective of commercial bank,analyzing and comparing the pilot banks in the target industry in our country,profit mode,risk control and exit way four aspects,and the gap between silicon valley bank,analyzing our country pilot bank investment and loan linkage business where need to improve and how to improve,finally,with the reality of our country,I design a investment and loan linkage business in the new train of thought.This paper’s innovation is through the designated area to build park platformdevelopment fund,which is led by the government,and commercial bank’s efforts to achieve "cast" and "borrowed" linkage,the investment and loan linkage business risk safeguard measures are proposed,so that the pilot banks to carry out more loan and linkage business.But this article research is more of a stay in the theoretical research level,coupled with my research level is limited,there have many shorts.
