Through literature analysis,case analysis,DEA efficiency analysis method,this paper analyzes the case of the American Property Insurance Mutual Network management pattern and the experimental model of the public security in our country,to discuss and explore the development direction of the subject.Under the background of the rapid development of advanced technology,the application of the advanced technology will become the key nodes of changing industry competition order,and provide more opportunities for many emerging insurers and third-party companies.Internet insurance has great development potential and urgent demand in the region of China,which has a wide range of land,large population,natural and humanistic environment.With the popularization of Internet,smart phone and other terminal devices,the insurance industry has made a corresponding base to promote the Internet insurance business.China's Internet insurance policies and regulations have been gradually improved to provide a policy environment for development.Breadth and depth of China's insurance industry development are relatively backward,the development and application of advanced technology to make the insurance industry development is facing great opportunities,but in addition to relying on the network concept of the construction of the security,other companies are still exploring their own business models,the current research is more than the industry's macro-perspective,The exploration of specific business model is still urgent.As one of the earliest and most developed countries of the Internet,the United States has a great reference value for its insurance company's Internet and the operation mode of the new Internet insurance Company.Based on the current situation of the domestic industry,this paper chooses three companies representing the transformation of traditional insurance companies,characteristic auto insurance models,and the newly-emerging subjects to give some suggestions on how to transform the insurance companies in traditional mode,improve the insurance business model and participate in the main developing modes of the new specialized network platform for our country.Through to the pure Internet insurance company Zhongan and the State Farm one of the transformation representative of traditional insurance company,these two companies in recent years the operation situation carries on the foundation the Management efficiency Envelopment Analysis,observes the Internet strategy under the policy under the two Company's management situation,Preliminary interpretation of the desirability of the development of the Internet property insurance model and similar types of problems that may be encountered by companies.However,because of the complexity of the factors which affect the operational efficiency and the insufficient amount of effective data,it is difficult to carry out large-scale verification.Based on the analysis of the present situation and the revelation of the case,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the direction of the development of the industry infrastructure of Internet insurance in China,and provides some suggestions for the innovation Challenge and the innovation of management mode and mechanism.
