Broadband network as a national strategic public infrastructure,has now developed into an important basis for the Internet Era.Construction of high speed,covering urban and rural areas,high quality and low price,convenient service broadband network infrastructure and service system to promote the development of a new round of information has an important supporting role.In this regard,the state proposed broadband China strategy aimed at strengthening strategic guidance and system deployment,and promote the rapid and healthy development of China's broadband infrastructure,further expand the coverage of broadband networks,improve Internet penetration.In this paper,Heilongjiang Mobile Corporation broadband business as the research object,from the point of view of competitive strategy,diagnosis and analysis of the status quo and problems of broadband business competition,by using competitive strategy theory,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of broadband service.According to the analysis of Heilongjiang Mobile Corporation's broadband business competition strategy adjustment,and from the organizational structure,human resources,network and maintenance,corporate culture and financial aspects of the implementation of security,to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.
