Shanxi province is an important coal production base in China.The exploitation and utilization of coal resources in Shanxi Province,on the one hand,has provided energy for the development of national economy,and promoted the development of local economy;on the other hand,the high-intensity and large-scale of coal resources exploitation has brought great impacts to the regional ecological environment,resulting in a lot of environmental pressure.The "13th Five-Year" plan clearly puts forward the implementation of "green development" to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Therefore,the continual economic growth under the constraints of resources and environment,scientific and reasonable planning of coal production capacity in Shanxi province,and the realization of sustainable development in coal industry and regional environment have important theoretical and practical significance.In order to realize the sustainable development of coal resources in Shanxi Province,starting from the point of view of ecological security,based on the sustainable development theory and general equilibrium theory,taking the material flow analysis and ecological footprint(EF)as the main methods,this thesis systematically studies the pressure on the ecological environment caused by the coal resources exploitation,and makes a reasonable measurement of the environmental carrying capacity in Shanxi Province.Based on this,this thesis forecasts the reasonable coal production in Shanxi Province to promote the sustainable development of coal resources.First of all,the material flow analysis method was used to calculate the material flow index system of coal resources exploitation in Shanxi Province from 2000 to 2014.The pressure of coal resources development in Shanxi Province was analyzed from the quality point of view.On the basis of this,the ecological footprint of coal resources was established by using the ecological footprint method.Through the calculation of the ecological footprint of coal resources exploitation in Shanxi Province from 2000 to 2014,the pressure on natural environment caused by coal resources exploitation in Shanxi Province was analyzed from the perspective of area.Secondly,the dynamic prediction model of ecological carrying capacity and the calculation model of coal ecological carrying capacity based on empirical mode decomposition(EMD)are established,and the ten thousand GDP coal consumption proportion of ten thousand GDP energy consumption was used to reflecting the share of the coal industry in total environmental carrying capacity,to calculate the maximum and optimum environmental carrying capacity of coal resources exploitation in Shanxi Province from 2000 to 2014.Finally,through the analysis of the relationship between the ecological footprint and coal production,and the relationship between ecological carrying capacity of coal and the coal production in Shanxi Province.It is concluded that the reasonable production capacity of coal resources in Shanxi province should be [100543.2958,121519.8009] ten thousand tons.On this basis,this thesis puts forward some policy suggestions to ensure the reasonable output of coal in Shanxi Province. |
