An Evaluation Research Of Satisfaction Level Of The Corporation Member Of Industry And Business Association

More than 30 years of China reform and opening up,industry and business association of Guangdong province develop from nothing and dimension,also from small to large,has made a great progress.Guangdong province,is the country's first department has owned local laws and regulations for industry association,the development of the Guangdong Industry Association has a model role in China.However,Guangdong Industry Association also exist relatively strong official color,autonomy and independence are not strong,authoritative and representative are not high,service consciousness and ability are lower.In this paper,based on the survey the enterprise member data of Guangdong D chamber of commerce,the paper takes the job satisfaction level of enterprise member for Guangdong D chamber of Commerce as the breakthrough point.By comparing and analyzing when the enterprise member company nature,member level,enterprise scale and the membership life such as these independent variable were different,there were any different characteristics of job satisfaction level about the enterprise member for the industry associations and government work and industry influence,the daily operation and management capabilities of the chamber of Commerce association,the chamber of Commerce to provide services to the member enterprises,and the industry association to promote industrial upgrading and maintenance of the interests of the industry and so on,also the factors that affect the overall satisfaction degree were analyzed.In this paper research has shown that,the private enterprises which in a relatively weak position of the market economy system,expect by the way of participating in industry associations,Chambers of commerce,and other enterprises association to obtain more resources from government,but the current developing level of the industry associations and chamber of commerce cannot match the expectations of private enterprises;also,the general members with more than 60%of private enterprises,expect by the way of participating in industry associations,Chambers of commerce,and other enterprises association to satisfy their enterprises demands,however,there are the reverse unequal power relationship between industry associations and the enterprise members,cause in a big gap between the expectations of the general members and the real service quality of the industry associations;finally,the difference of motivation and behavior between large enterprises,medium-sized enterprises and small enterprises to participate in industry association and chamber of commerce,seriously affect the organization's cohesion of industry association and chamber of commerce,led to the internal differentiation of the industry association and chamber of commerce.
