As the demand for energy increases,the extensive modes of energy utilization and changing energy prices have seriously restricted the development of enterprises.As the terminal consumer of energy,the enterprise should take more responsibility for energy-savings and emissions reduction.Generally,for energy-intensive equipment manufacturing enterprises,they could save energy by optimizing shop scheduling in addition of updating the energy-saving equipment.Updating energy-saving equipment has high cost barriers while optimizing the shop scheduling is a continuous improvement work.Job shop scheduling is the main point of producing and optimizing the allocation of resources,and meanwhile,it is an important technical method to realize energy-saving and reduce the contradiction of energy constraint in completing machining tasks through establishing energy consumption optimization scheduling model.Taking the forging workshop energy consumption optimization problem of CCM equipment manufacturing enterprise as an example,the thesis analyzed the workshop process and equipment energy consumption situation while combined the domestic and foreign research achievements about manufacturing plant energy consumption optimization problems,and it came up with the conclusion that the problem of forging workshop saving energy and reducing consumption could be refined into one type of flexible job shop energy consumption optimization scheduling problem.This thesis also built a flexible job-shop optimal scheduling model of energy consumption with minimal energy consumption cost and tardiness penalty cost as the objective function.The contents are as follows,First of all,the thesis stated the goal and energy-saving situation of CCM equipment manufacturing enterprise and analyzed the current energy consumption optimization situation of forging shop.Energy consumption optimization scheduling model was put forward to control energy use of the product manufacturing process and to achieve saving energy and reduce consumption in the workshop.Secondly,one plant energy consumption statistical method was proposed on the basis of energy management system automatic collection of energy consumption data from theperspective of the energy informatics.Then the energy consumption statistical model was built including preparing energy,waiting energy,machining energy based on the changeable energy consumption of equipment manufacturing process,and also the assisting energy which maintained normal operation of workshop.Thirdly,in order to establish the flexible job-shop optimal energy consumption scheduling model,this thesis studied the input and output of flexible job-shop scheduling.Related assumptions,constraints and objectives of the flexible job shop energy consumption optimization scheduling problem were also defined in this section.Finally,the energy consumption scheduling model was solved by designing a hybrid genetic algorithm which was applied to the forging workshop.It was showed that the hybrid genetic algorithm could carry on the rapid optimization of scheduling model,which improved the performance of genetic algorithm.The model effectively reduced the operation cost and optimized energy consumption of the manufacturing process while the energy consumption and delivery time in the form of cost as scheduling objective.
