The Research Of Comprehensive Budget Management In Group Enterprise Based On Cloud Accounting

Comprehensive budget management plan,which combines control,coordination,evaluation,along with motivation,and other functions into an organic whole,has become the most commonly used tool in enterprise management.As a new form of enterprise organization,group enterprise usually has many characteristics,such as complex organization,cross regional development and diversification.For the long-term sustainable development,group enterprise must ensure the scientific and reasonable strategic decision.The total budget management can make reasonable budget targets,then though the efficient conduct and control of the budget,eventually ensure the realization of strategic objectives.With the coming of information age,more attention has been paid to the timeliness of information in group enterprise.Management control within the enterprise only,traditional comprehensive budget management have defects in information timeliness and monitoring effectiveness,which often causes incomplete budget implementation and belated budget adjustment and so on.Therefore,people put forward new requirements for the reform of the comprehensive budget management,and the emergence of cloud accounting provides technical support for these new requirements.The use of cloud accounting services changes the budget management and optimizes the budget process,though the real-time control of the budget implementation,the enterprises can achieve real-time network budget management,and effectively improve the level of budget management.This paper take the basal theory of comprehensive budget management as the starting point,on the basis of the conglomerate comprehensive budget management status,it analyzes the problems that exists in the process of the implementation of comprehensive budget management by conglomerate,and draws on the experience of advanced technology and concept of cloud computing,it optimizes the train of thought and the core link of the conglomerate comprehensive budget management.It puts forward some improvement measures,for example,enhancing the real-time control of budgeting,using of a variety of budget establishment method,setting up the mechanism of feed forward control.This paper aims to improve the level of group enterprisecomprehensive budget management,give full play to the function of comprehensive budget management in the business management,and promote the healthy development of the conglomerate.
