With the deepening study of immigration and the theories of FDI,the study on the direct investment of the immigration network has been developed.We have gradually realized that the impacts of the immigration network on the establishment of international trade,FDI and Global Production Network are increasing.However,the characteristics of the Chinese network in different regions and the mechanism of FDI are also different.It is an effective research on the American Chinese network to promote the direct investment in China and the specific development of immigration policy under certain period.The capital brought by the Sino-US transnational immigrant's network played important role in the rapid economic growth in China.The Sino-US transnational immigrant's network was formed in the circulation of transnational talents in China.Based on the obvious researches on FDI and international immigrant's network,the paper found that the Sino-US transnational immigrant's network promoted the total FDI from the USA in China.Finally concluded the FDI in manufacture and service industry,based on the FDI data classified by industries and in the framework of global production network in which manufacture and service industry in China emerged and upgraded.Among this the share of FDI from the USA in the manufacture in China accounted a lot.The paper proposed that China should adopt agile policy to take advantage of the Sino-US transnational immigrant's network in promoting FDI from the USA in China,especially the immigrants with higher education.China should lead the FDI from the USA in service industry and service section,so the producers in China can connect directly with flapships from the USA and transform and upgrade in global value china to cope with the high standard in TPP.
