Since the last century since 90 s,China's real estate agent industry has ten years of history,has formed a relatively perfect operation mode,become the intellectual intensive emerging modern service industry,has played a more and more important role in the real estate industry to promote the healthy and orderly development.At present,the real estate agency industry has gradually passed the developmental period,is also out of the growth period,development period moves toward mature and standardized,this period reflected in the real estate agency business,means the change period is coming,means that the development of the industry environment,market supply and demand will have to change.Enterprises in the strategic layout,should also keep up with the changes,actively preparing for the.This paper takes EJ real estate company as a case study on the development of the environment and the situation of enterprises is analyzed,the environment that enterprises both opportunities and threats,opportunities mainly lies in the real estate industry and the real estate agency industry dividend,the threat that the potential entrants,substitutes,bargaining power of buyers and the bargaining ability,existing competitors,the main advantages of enterprise culture is abundant and relatively standardized process management system,capital operation ability,customer resources is relatively mature and good market reputation of five,compared with the disadvantage lies in the strategic planning of the passive,careless,case management talent reserve management is not complete,the emergency plan the lack of mechanism and lack of brand building efforts.On the basis of the analysis,this paper puts forward the strategic suggestions for the EJ real estate agency company,that the company should grasp the core strengths,use the opportunity to carry forward the advantages and avoid disadvantages,avoid threats,put forward SO strategy,WO strategy and ST strategy,combined with the proposed business advantage,seize the core advantage,adopt differentiation strategy layout two or three line city,brand value.Finally,the paper also puts forward specific measures for the development of strategic planning,that is,to continue to promote the expansion of the scale of the agency business and promote the integration of the whole industry chain,And puts forward the corresponding strategic safeguard measures,namely,strengthening the management plan and capital guarantee and strengthening the talent training and talent reserve.
