Evaluation On The Competitiveness Of Kazakhstan's Oil Enterprises And The Countermeasures

Kazakhstan's geographical location is in the middle of the Asian continent with an area of about 270 square kilometers,the eastern part of the country is China,the western part of the Caspian Sea,the southern border with three countries,located in the north The country is Russia.Oil is one of the material bases for human society to survive,and it is an important resource for economic development and social progress.Today,countries around the world regard oil strategies as an important part of their economic development strategy.With the continuous growth of oil demand in various countries,the international competition around Kazakhstan's oil development is in full swing,and Kazakhstan has become the object of many international power games.In view of this phenomenon,the academic research from Kazakhstan's oil policy,and often ignore Kazakhstan as an important oil export subject research,this article from Kazakhstan point of view,analysis of Kazakhstan's oil business competitiveness,has a strong guiding significance.First,Kazakhstan has been one of the most important oil and gas resources countries in Central Asia since the late 1990 s.Through the study of the competitiveness of the oil companies in Kazakhstan,Kazakhstan to understand the advantages and disadvantages of oil companies,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of Kazakhstan oil companies in the international oil enterprises to occupy a favorable position in the competition.Secondly,taking Kazakhstan oil as the research entry point,by analyzing the competitiveness of Kazakhstan oil companies,the world's oil companies can enhance their competitiveness to have reference.So that we can better understand their own advantages and disadvantages,for the national oil companies to provide decision-making basis for strategic development.Based on the theory of enterprise competitiveness and the development status and characteristics of Kazakhstan's oil enterprises,this paper analyzes and evaluates its competitive ability and competitive advantage in the industry,and on this basis,Advanced development experience targeted to make recommendations for the oil companies to enhance their competitiveness to provide some reference.In this paper,we will study the factors influencing the competitiveness of petroleum enterprises through the qualitative and quantitative evaluation model,and provide the basis for the formulation and decision-making of Kazakhstan's oil companies to enhance their competitiveness and improve their market position.Through the research and analysis of enterprise competitiveness evaluation,enterprises can not only take measures to improve the individual competitiveness,but also promote the development of the whole industry chain,promote the overall advantages of Kazakhstan oil industry to enhance the international competitiveness has been continuously enhanced.Based on this,this article will establish the Kazakhstan enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system from the perspective of Kazakhstan oil enterprises,so that Harbin oil enterprises in the foreign oil industry competitors,can more clearly analyze and judge their own aspects of development,Industry positioning,in order to develop the correct competitive strategy and deployment.
