A Research On Co-opetition Of Telecom Operators And Financial Institutions Based On Internet Finance

In nowadays,internet finance has entered into people’s life quietly;P2P,third party payment,crowd funding and other internet finance products and service have changed people’s consumption method and financial habit completely.The rapid development of internet finance as well as its created broad market and generous returns attract active participations of various subjects,such as internet enterprises,financial institutions,telecom operators and related entrepreneurs etc.As an important leader of internet era,telecom operators should conform to the tide of economic and internet finance development and participate in the development of internet finance industry actively under the important situation of business transformation and upgrading.Indeed,internet finance is a complex giant system with participations of various subjects.Competitive and cooperative game relationship exists among various subjects within the system objectively.Therefore,it is necessary to explore suitable profit sharing ratio among related participants to achieve win-win among different subjects and promote smooth progress of internet finance industry.This paper has constructed competition and cooperation game model between telecom operator and financial institution based on internet finance by taking systematic investigation of internet finance development as basis,selecting two important subjects of telecom operator and financial institution in internet finance industry as well as their competition and cooperation relationship as research objects,based on a series of researches on reasons,necessity and inevitability of competition and cooperation between telecom operator and financial institution and with adoption of related theories of evolutionary game and competition and cooperation game.Based on the equilibrium point of mutual game model,it has gained the optimal profit sharing for each and proposed practical and feasible practice promotion strategies,which provide theoretical basis and realistic support for promoting harmonious cooperation between two parties in internet finance business.
