Aquaculture plays an important role in fishery and even the whole agriculture in China.The development of aquaculture makes the seafood no longer by a single marine fishing supply,makes up the deficiency of marine fishing by natural factors,and reduces the burden on marine fishery resources.However,with the increase of the demand of human to animal protein,the demand of seafood products is increased,the aquaculture industry is developing,traditional aquaculture based on running water aquaculture has brought negative effects.Because of the traditional running water model,as the main aquaculture model,the investment scale is small,the facilities are not perfect,and the technology is inadequate,especially its disposable sewage aquaculture process seriously affect the aquaculture environment,resulting in the lack of underground water resources and quality and safety of seafood.The sustainable development of industry and the effective utilization of industrial production factors and the excavation of value are the important composition of recycling economy,which not only brings high economic benefits,low pollution technology also has great social benefits.As a new aquaculture technology,aquaculture energy saving and emission reduction technology will promote the sustainable development of fisheries.However,in the promotion of aquaculture energy saving and emission reduction technology,the weak consciousness of technology utilization,the lack of recycling economy consciousness,service system science and technology are the first productivity,the transformation of aquaculture depends on the arming of advanced technology.It will be a trend to replace traditional culture technology with modern aquaculture technology,which is represented by industrialized recirculating aquaculture technology.This paper analyzes the impact of technology progress on aquaculture based on the data envelopment analysis,survey analysis,logistic regression model,based on the survey data of 230 Flatfish in the main production areas.the results show: demand subject perspective,farmers do not understand environmental protection,financial problem is the main bottleneck of energy saving technology.From the perspective of supply body,the diffusion of technology is single,the support of policy is small is the main factor.Through the correlation analysis of the farmers energy saving and emission reduction technology adoption,the results show that the employer age,employer education,often contact with the comprehensive test station(or agricultural),whether the ecological environment impact,whether to participate in the technical training of energy conservation and emission reduction.According to the results,the corresponding countermeasures are further proposed: improve the education level of farmers,reduce the popularization of fishery skills and emission reduction technology;Broaden the extension of fishery energy conservation and emission reduction technology and improve the technology diffusion ability;Increase policy support and promote the transformation of aquaculture technology.
