Since China’s policy of reform and opening up,China’s economy has maintained a good development trend,the people’s living standards have been greatly improved,the quality of life of the people have gradually improved,followed by the demand for the house has gradually increased.The real estate industry from the rise to the present only a few decades,after recent years of development,the real estate industry has been in our national economy occupies an important position,known as the national economy "pillar industry" reputation.In the face of increasing market demand,the supply of real estate also increased with the increase in demand,so the real estate market competition intensified.In the current competitive market,the real estate business how to improve their marketing ability,in the market occupies a place,is a lot of real estate companies face problems.First of all,this paper uses the method of consulting the relevant liter ature to prepare the relevant theoretical basis of the 4P marketing mix theory and the SWOT analysis method needed to formulate the real estate sales strategy.Then,the detailed analysis of the macro environment of MOMA project And the real estate market environment of Changsha,summed up the opportunities and threats faced by the project,and analyzed the internal environment of the MOMA project and the contemporary home buyers(Hunan)Co.,Ltd.,and obtained the advantages and disadvantages of the project.This paper summarizes the internal and external environment of the project by SWOT analysis.Secondly,this paper uses 4P marketing theory to analyze the market of MOMA commercial housing project in Changsha Municipality.Next,on the basis of the previ ous analysis,Pricing strategy,promotion strategy and so on a set of Changsha Municipality MOMA commercial housing project marketing strategy;Finally,the development of the project related to the implementation of the marketing strategy of safeguard mea sures,such as the establishment of modern marketing strategy,corporate culture,publicity in line with modern marketing The concept of the organizational structure,and further improve the project sales process,strengthen human resources management.Thr ough the analysis and research of this paper,the marketing strategy for MOMA project of Changsha IWC is not only applicable to this project,but also to the marketing of other similar real estate projects.
