With the development of computer and Internet technology,the enterprise has put forward new demands on the management of the equipment,and equipment manufacturers also hope gradually transformed from the manufacture and sale of equipment to upgrade equipment service provider.Therefore,this paper based on the needs of school-enterprise cooperation enterprise,explores cloud computing,machine learning and other new techniques,discusses the relevant technology and platform construction method of data service based on cloud plus equipment,applies and validates technologies involved in data collection,data cloud storage,remote cloud processing,and forms the technology validation testing software include the machine end,printing enterprise cloud and manufacturer service cloud.The machine end includes the data acquisition client that mainly achieves the real-time ·acquisition and storage of the data in the equipment by OPC technology and the client machine data processing system that mainly realizes database restore,extract as well as OEE analysis.Printing enterprise cloud mainly studies data communication mode,that include the machine-to-cloud communications based on Windows Azure Blob Storage which reached steady reliable results;at the same time,this paper studies and calculates monthly and annual corporate OEE based on the data stored in the cloud.Manufacturer service cloud studies the basic analysis techniques and basic software architecture required for services cloud data analysis.this paper chose to use machine learning open source framework as a platform by comparative analysis,constructs data acquisition,machine learning process,machine classifier analysis and simulation results UI modules,achieves the basic data learning and analysis capabilities,and builds a verification test platform through simulating registration data and support vector machine algorithm,reaches comprehensive effect testing on the basis of technology and software process,achieves the desired goals,and provides a foundation platform for further development;at the same time,this paper studies the cloud-to-cloud communications mode which based on ServiceBus queue that realized efficient communication and service effectiveness of one-to-many services with cloud service and enterprise cloud.
