Paper to the laiyang hengrun company as an example,analysis of the company as an export-oriented agricultural product processing industry is in economic crisis,stabilize the international market to open up the domestic market.Before 2008,laiyang hengrun food company has 95 per cent of the products are exported to the United States,Japan,Britain and other countries.But after the financial turmoil,the United States,laiyang hengrun food companies have had to cancel exporting countries excluding Japan and part of the market to domestic.This paper uses the SWOT analysis,to the laiyang hengrun foods after the 2008 economic crisis,marketing strategy and practical method for analysis.Analysis of laiyang hengrun food companies is the development of the domestic market from scratch,and problems and countermeasures of the development process.In terms of marketing,analyzes the laiyang hengrun food companies in product marketing,branding,marketing,and network marketing strategy through the use of the strategy of the company is how to stabilize the Japanese market and successful development of the domestic market.And through to the laiyang hengrun food company research,can provide strategic guidance to other SMEs in the development and laiyang hengrun food companies in the development of the domestic market but also for better promotion of the local economy.
