Research On Financing Problems Of Small Technology Enterprise In Quanzhou

At this stage,the country vigorously develop the economy,support a variety of forms of enterprises,especially for small and micro enterprises to support the focus of science and technology.At present,the country has been to promote the development of small and micro technology enterprises to upgrade to the national strategy.Due to limited capacity,limited resources,greater investment and other practical reasons,small and micro enterprises are often in a weak position in the market competition,to seek sustained rapid development more difficult,especially in the financing of small and micro enterprises,banks and other financial institutions is difficult to obtain financing loans.This paper takes Quanzhou city of small and micro enterprises as the research object,using research methods of qualitative analysis and data statistics,field investigation and questionnaire,comparative research methods,combined with the actual situation of small and micro enterprises in Quanzhou City,analysis of Quanzhou city of small and micro enterprise development and financing status,and then pointed out that the deep reason,the fourth chapter of Quanzhou city science and technology small and micro enterprise financing mainly include: corporate financial management is not standardized,lack of necessary financial knowledge,choosing financing channel is too narrow,the management is not standardized,the financial system is not perfect,guarantee the internal reasons such as lack of financing capacity;it is difficult to obtain the loan of the commercial bank and the state for small and micro science and technology enterprise policy support is not enough,the lack of credit guarantee mechanism and financial services agency and other external reasons.Finally,from the domestic and foreign small and micro enterprises financing experience,put forward to perfect Quanzhou city of small and micro enterprises financing strategies,including the level of countermeasures,government financial institutions for advice,small and micro enterprises should improve their own ability.
