| County economy,as the regional economy does,is oriented by the market and deployed by various resources reasonably.It is characterized by the following terms: geographically speaking,the subject that is situated in the county-level administrative area and playing a role of promoting is the county-level government,which is provoked by the specific regional economy with regional characters and complete functions.After launching the reform opening-up policy,an overall development has been achieved in Jilin Province with an increasing enhancement.However,compared with the provinces from the coastal areas,Jilin Province still lags behind.There are even inner severe differences in economic development.Therefore,as far as the solution of this uneven development is concerned,we need to be aware of the following requirements: first,it is a necessity that confronts the uneven development for some time;second,it is required that owing to a huge difference in economic development,a reasonable control should be done which is aimed at shrinking the extreme gap between the rich and the poor in county economy.This thesis focuses on the analysis on the overall development of Jilin Province and county economy to pose some issues of the development of county economy,and by the means of the measure of differences to draw up the total properties of the differences of county economy and the evolution of spatial framework.Meanwhile,the thesis elaborates the comprehensive analysis of the differences of county economy in Jilin Province in a threefold respect: natural endowments,policy tendency and industrial structure;moreover,this thesis proposes several reasonable and scientific tactics and strategies i.e.more emphasis and efforts on reconstructing,the relative regional development,harmonious development between towns and countries and the establishment of eco-civilization in order to narrow the gaps of county economy and to co-ordinate the development of society and economy. |
