Study On The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Tie Ling City

The agricultural management system of our country regard reform and opening up as the cut-off point,gradually from a single collective management transfer to the village collective service system.In the process of the operation,service and demand about villagers and village are different,the double management system can't make full use of its advantages,becoming a mere formality.Characteristics of the agricultural modernization is relatively backward,the agriculture of our country is difficult to break through the bottleneck.The development of farmer professional cooperatives is an important measure to promote the agricultural modernization.Farmers and cooperatives focus on agricultural production and aquaculture,and other business activities are conducted by the unified cooperatives.At present,the development of farmer cooperatives is an important principle for promoting the rural work,the eighteen Party Congress put forward to innovate the form of cooperation and the scale of agriculture.The party's the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee decided to improve the utilization rate of land resources in rural areas,the 2015 central document proposed to promote the development of demonstration cooperatives.But there are still some problems in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.This paper set Tie ling city as a sample to analysis,trying to sort out the development path of farmers' professional cooperatives.This paper has five parts.The first part is the introduction,which covers the basic background,the domestic and foreign research situation and research methods.The second part,the main content of the basic theory of the farmers' professional cooperatives.This part defines the relevant concepts,and Lenin Marx's theory of farmers professional cooperation,and the usage of the system in China are systematically expounded.The third part introduces the development situation and the useful experience of the typical farmer cooperatives at home and abroad,hoping to solve the problem of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Tie ling city.The fourth part,the paper expounds the problems existing in the development of the farmer professional cooperatives in Tie ling City,and analyzes the main reasons of the above problems.The fifth part puts forward some opinions and suggestions to improve the operation mechanism of the farmers' professional cooperatives in Tie ling.
