Nowadays market competition ultimately is due to talented person's competition in sociey.Certainly,the state-owned communications industry is no exception.Today,with opening the market of communication industry and the construction of private enterprises and mixed ownership into,the state-owned monopoly industry of communication construction enterprise bargaining and negotiation ability has declined.What's more,fixed-line service,broadband network service and business of mobile phone are close to saturation.Consequently,market of communication construction has been divided.Z company,a subsidiary business of China's communication service,is a business of large communications.In recent years,it diversified business model and expanded its business to the whole country.But Z company did not expand the experience of operations outside the province.If you want to maintain the momentum of development fast and robust in the new regional market when the fund,technology and social resources are in the same situation,enterprise management,technology development and service level are the market factors,and these factors are relying on talent to achieve.For the outside the province's business,personnel who stationed in different places will play a very important role.Accordingly,how to take effective measures to encourage the management of different employees has become an important issue of Z company.In this paper,Z company personnel stationed in different places as the research object,through the use of questionnaires,in-depth interviews,the demand for personnel stationed in different places and the satisfaction of the incentive factors were investigated and analyzed.According to the comparison of the degree of need and satisfaction,we can get the five items that need to be improved in the field of incentive.These five items are salary,benefits,performance,career and training.Then we need to make a comprehensive analysis of these five items and use of different incentive theory and incentive methods.Combined with the characteristics of communication industry and Z company personnel stationed in different places,we focus on the improvement of the project to design a Z company stationed personnel incentive mechanism optimization program,and the development of safeguards.The aim is to improve the enthusiasm of personnel stationed in different places,provide a reference for the Z company offsite accredited personnel incentive mechanism,so as to improve the Z company to develop different market competitiveness,the company sustained healthy and orderly development.In addition,I hope to be able to give incentives for similar enterprises to play a certain reference role.
