| Along with the development of the Internet,today,the society has been the time of the network.The substantive characteristics of the Internet include interaction,connection and network.When the China’s Internet is developing as rapidly as China’s economy,at the same time the Internet financial is developing rapidly as well.Modern information technic,which is represented by the Internet,is pushing the profound changes of financial industry,especially influencing the traditionally banking transactions extremely.The traditional financial industry should escalate the emergency of breaking the routine business and then transforming changes,so that it can open the first year of the development era that is adapt to the time.This article is based on the author’s working experience as well as some related documents,taking ZS bank as an example,analyzing and researching how the financial industry of our country is facing to the impact of the Internet era and how it makes a success transition.Firstly,it introduces the ZS bank,and analyzes its internal and external environment.For the external environment,the author utilizes PEST,including analyzing the political environment,economic environment,sociocultural environment and technical environment.Secondly,the author utilizes SWOT,including analyzing the current developing status of the ZS bank,as well as comparing it to the competitors,so that the author finds out the issues existing in the operation.Thirdly,the author takes ZS bank as the object of the study,and then researches and analysis its operational transformation strategy.The author proposes a transformational plan,which is focusing on five aspects,including organizational structure,resource allocation,people management,transformation of thinking methods and operating strategy.Lastly,the author summarizes the article and presents his future prospect.The research results of this article bring the reference for the strategic transformation practice of current traditional bank transitions. |
