Research On The Optimization Of Fixed Assets Management Of Tianjin Railway Transportation Depot

The railway is a large state-owned enterprise,fixed assets accounted for big enough to be at the core of enterprise development.So how to efficient management of fixed assets,constantly improve the use efficiency of fixed assets,realize the value of state-owned assets,are all realistic problem urgently to be solved in state-owned enterprises.Through the survey found that the current state-owned assets management in our country current situation is grim,serious loss of state-owned assets,the low efficiency when using the majority of enterprise fixed assets,existence of big horse car.In this paper,based on the fixed assets of domestic and foreign advanced management theory and view,and combining with the TianJin train operation depot,a typical railway enterprise fixed asset management present situation,to develop a set of fitting the development of TianJin train operation depot of fixed assets management system.This article is divided into five parts.The first part the introduction briefly introduced the selected topic background,research significance,the domestic and foreign research status quo on the management of fixed assets and the research contents and research methods of this article;The second part introduction to the theory of fixed assets management;The third part of the introduction of TianJin train operation depot,and fixed asset management present situation;The fourth part determine the TianJin train operation depot of fixed assets management and optimized management of specific measures,this part is the core of the thesis.The fifth part is the article's conclusions.This article,through the method of theory with practice,the TianJin train operation depot,a typical problems existing in the state-owned enterprises in the fixed assets management of combining the domestic and foreign advanced management theory and method of solving,ensure that the value of state-owned assets,realize TianJin train operation depot overall strategic target,tailored for the construction of fixed assets management system.
