| The development and utilization of low-slop hilly land resources has been implemented in many regions after the launching with low-hilly wasteland of unused land exploitation of the pilot work since the end of 2011 by Ministry of land and Resources.Scientific and rational development and utilization of the low-slop hilly land resources is critical to effectively alleviate the contradiction between the demand of construction land and the protection of cultivated land.The exploitation of low-slop hilly land resource is a complicated system engineering because of it’s own natural attributions.It includes the development utilization of agricultural land especially farmland and construction land.What’s more,ecological safety will be threated during the process of exploitation.Developing the multi-adoptability of low-slope hilly land resources reasonably still has far to go,it’s suitability is the premise of rational exploitation.Taking Linchuan district as case study,this paper extract low-hilly land resource,establish two set of evaluation criteria systems to analyze the suitability and the grades of it with the help of spatial analysis of GIS based on the Digital Elevation Model(DEM)of Linchuan,the land utilization alteration data in Linchuan of 2014,general land-use planning of Linchuan and soon,so as to supply land using quantity potential for farmland Requisition-compensation balance,newlyadded construction land to suit the need of regional cooperation for Linchuan regional cooperation for Linchuan and support a certain theoretical basis for spatial location selection and rational distribution.The main conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1)Investigation of the low-hilly land resources.The result that the amount of lowhilly land resources is 87052.15 hm2,accounting for 40.91% of Linchuan district’s total area can be obtained supporting by the RS and GIS technology ——intersect analysis using the slope and altitude as restriction factors.(2)Cultivated land suitability evaluation.With the consideration of the effect of soil properties,topography and land use status,establish evaluation criteria systems,including soil texture,soil body thickness,O.M and so on.The results show that optimal,suitable,marginally suitable and unsuitable area are 11475.85 hm2、25834.73 hm2、27633.30 hm2 and 22108.27hm2,accounting for 13.18%、29.68%、31.74% and 25.40% of low-hilly land resource of Linchuan;(3)Construction land suitability evaluation.With the consideration of the effect of natural condition,community economy and planning control,establish evaluation criteria systems,including altitude,slope,aspect,geological disaster and so on.The results show that optimal,suitable,marginally suitable and unsuitable area are6153.51 hm2、16509.32 hm2、35461.01 hm2 and 28928.31 hm2,accounting for 7.07%、18.96%、40.74% and 33.23% of low-hilly land resource of Linchuan;(5)Analyzing the suitable for cultivation and construction combined with the natural condition,regional cooperation and urban development planning,the exploitable low-hilly will be divided into four zones,including key reclamation area,key construction area,general reclamation area,general construction area,area are 21169.53hm2、31707.40 hm2、5285.08 hm2 and 4194.40 hm2. |
