The Mechanism And Path Option Of Yunnan Province Integration Of Domestic And Foreign Trade Development

Today,the world economic development has two main trends.One is globalization and the other is regional economic cooperation.China has got out of traditional closing-up development pattern over three decades of reform and opening-up,and the degree of openness becomes stronger.The development of Integration of Domestic and Foreign Trade(IDFT)has attracted worldwide attention especially for international trade,attributing to the basic policy of opening-up and deep integration of China economy and global economy.However,most economies gradually showed remarkable economic downward spiral in post financial crisis era.As one driving force of the troika of China's economic growth lacks of motivation,with the strong consumption power and great potential of domestic market,the government and merchant began to pay more attention to domestic trade and transfer the foreign trade oriented policy to trade balanced policy.The issue of IDFT emerges as the times require.Yunnan is a province which is in southwest China next to Myanmar,Laos and Vietnam.Because of the obvious geographical advantages,Yunnan becomes one important channel connecting Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia.For such a province with geographical advantages and diverse products,the research about IDFT topic has a very unique meaning for Yunnan Province,even the whole China's market and the cooperation with ASEAN countries.At the background of One Belt One Road and greater openness in the border areas,Yunnan must grasp the opportunity,promote and endeavor to achieve the development of IDFT.In this paper,the beginning sums up the intension and extension about IDFT and explaines the guiding role of related trade theories,which provides the theoretical basis for IDFT.Besides,this study systematically combes the present situation and problems of Yunnan IDFT from a macro perspective,in order to understand comprehensively by analyzing the cases of China-South Asia Expo,China Kunming Import and Export Commodities Fair and Kunming Luosiwan International Trade City from a micro perspective.Combined with the current situation,we make problems analyses government and enterprises markets.In addition,this study combines the quantitative analyses and qualitative analyses by choosing trade data of Yunnan Province from 1994 to 2014,which draws three main conclusions.First,there is a co-integration in the long run between domestic trade and foreign trade for Yunnan province.Second,domestic trade has a more remarkable impact on foreign trade than foreign trade towards domestic trade.Third,when the amount of domestic trade grows 1%,the amount of foreign trade grows 4.76%.Considering all the analyses result above,this study summarizes the action mechanism of domestic trade and foreign trade of Yunnan Province,including promoting economic development,win-win trade,improving the technical level,optimizing resource allocation,enriching market products,keeping market supply and so on.Finally,according to all the difficulties and empirical results above,this study puts forward the possible path options,from the governors aspect including jointing management system,perfecting guarantee mechanism,guiding market operation,regulating the industry associations,development platform etc,from the enterprise level including the concept of transformation strategy,improving the strength of enterprises,expanding diversified channels,reserving talents,etc.
