In recent years,the bank financing business has developed rapidly in our country.However,with the rapid development of city commercial banks,risk cases happened frequently,the risk loss events emerge in endlessly,which gradually exposed the weaknesses of risk management.Whether it is more and more strict external regulatory requirements or the city commercial banks' intrinsic motivation of sustainable development,they need to continue to improve and maintain their own risk management capabilities,which is to build their own advantages and the basic requirements of guaranteeing bank value maximize.Therefore,the research of how to build fast high-quality domestic city commercial banks' financing business risk management system is the urgent problems need to be solved,but also a sustained and long-term strategic struggle.Because of its own particularity of the trust financing business of property usufruct,the risks involved is different from the general financial business.It is necessary to carry out a special study.At present,Chinese relevant scholars pay more and more attention to the study of risk management issues for financing business in commercial bank,but we are still in a backward position compared with foreign.And the study mainly focus on the overall risk of financing business in commercial banks or the risk at a certain level of individual financing business,while there're few study on how to conduct a comprehensive risk management for a specific financing business.Therefore,this paper analyzes and establishes the risk management system for the trust financing business of property usufruct from the perspective of X City Commercial Bank.The risk management in the operation process of the trust financing business of property usufruct is standardized,and the effective risk management and evaluation mechanism is established from the specific financing business of X City Commercial Bank.It has certain guiding value for the commercial banks to regulate the risk management procedure and method,to improve risk management efficiency and the quality of risk management for the trust financing business of property usufruct,and have certain academic significance to enrich and perfect the risk management theory of financing business for commercial banks.This paper mainly explored the field of risk management of the trust financing business of property usufruct,and took the trust financing business of property usufruct in X City Commercial Bank for example to make an in-depth analysis of the current situation where risk management exists in the trust financing business of property usufruct in domestic City Commercial Banks.From the aspects of the principle,organizational structure,monitoring,evaluation and the construction of risk management for the trust financing business of property usufruct,the risk management system which management control as the main lines and improve the bank's core competitiveness as its goal was constructed.This paper mainly combined theoretical analysis and case analysis to research.In the retrospective analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature,risks the trust financing business of property usufruct may faced was analyzed according to its unique characteristics and the mode of operation,which was based on a combination of internal control theory,project management theory and strategic management theory from the theoretical level.A case study method was used to explore the trust financing business of property usufruct in X City Commercial Bank.The theory research and case analysis were combined to analyze the necessity and feasibility for X City Commercial Bank building risk management system for the trust financing business of property usufruct according to the actual situation of specific case in X City Commercial Bank.Eventually,the risk management system for the trust financing business of property usufruct in X City Commercial Bank was constructed mainly from four aspects,including the design principle of risk management,organizational structure design of risk management,the design of risk management in operating procedures and the design of risk management in monitoring and evaluation for the trust financing business of property usufruct.Corresponding measures were put forward at the same time.And pointed out that in order to have a better effect of the system built,the implementation of supporting measures also need to be carried out.These supporting measures include strengthening collaboration among various departments,improving computer network information system and improving the internal control system of financing business in X City Commercial Bank.The development time of the trust financing business of property usufruct in commercial banks in our country is shorter.Various systems and business are still in the situation where perfect gradually.X City Commercial Bank is also true.Therefore,risks may be in the various stages of development,including designing,marketing and investment post link in the trust financial product of property usufruct,which are not conducive to the development of the trust financing business of property usufruct in X City Commercial Bank.In today's society where the overall economic environment is unpredictable and the competition in the industry is increasingly fierce,in order to become a commercial bank's leader,X City Commercial Bank must find out its own shortcomings and deficiencies,correctly understand and evaluate risks of the trust financing business of property usufruct,dare to explore,bold innovation,take scientific risk-averse method,establish a set of perfect risk management system,deal with a good relationship between the quality and quantity of the process of development in the trust financing business of property usufruct in X City Commercial Bank.Thus making the trust financing business of property usufruct in X City Commercial Bank have a more scientific and reasonable development.
