| H Company is a global multinational information technology company,founded in 1939,it is a company with more than $ 100 billion dollar sales revenue with headquartered in the United States with established a branch in China.H Company would like to achieve profitability by taking financial BPO measures to reduce cost and improve business process.The purpose of this paper is to explain how to reduce the management cost for H Company by using the characteristics of financial BPO,aiming at provide perfect and professional business process and bring out the effective implementation strategy of the financial BPO.This paper takes H Company business process outsourcing as the research object,analyzes the successful experience of the domestic and foreign financial BPO cost control,and further analyzes the cost control of H Company BPO strategy.Through the actual investigation and study,find out the existing cost control problems,including: First,the tax costs are too high;Second,the labor costs are too high;Third,the operation costs are too high.This paper has developed a series of strategies to solve the cost control problems through financial BPO.It mainly includes: First,tax cost control strategy to make the tax cost deduction,and through the professional exquisite BPO to reduce the tax fees and fines;Second,labor cost control strategy,through BPO project reduce recruitment fee,streamlining expat foreigners and control OT cost policy to save labor cost;Third,operation cost control strategy,through financial BPO to set up standard business process and enhance competition strength on the operational and cost reduction purposes.On the basis of the strategies above,the author puts forward the improvement and safeguard measures on how to improve the financial BPO cost control strategy well implemented.It mainly includes: First,establish standard cost control operation process;Second,establish BCM model;Third,set up cost early warming analysis system.This paper attempts to use financial BPO as the solution of H Company’s cost control management strategy,though the observation domestic and foreign enterprises with BPO project experience,summarize the characteristics of the financial BPO,and explain the tax,labor and operation cost control strategy to reduce costs.The object of this paper is to make reference for H’s sustainable development and better survival in the world competition. |
