With the development of information technology and the improvement of the consumption level,the requirement of the life is increasing.In this context,more and more people have access to the Internet,and it stimulates the development of online shopping.It not only reduces the cost of offline transaction for seller,but also saves the time for consumers.But at the same time,the disadvantages of online shopping that consumers can not experience goods have not been able to solve.In the era of big data,in order to compensate for this shortcoming,online product reviews as a consumer products experience just to be a filling.The online comments on products allow consumers to understand the products through user experience.At the same time,it is the feedback of consumer on products.But nowadays,with the development of personalized customized products,the market demand also has changed.Therefore,in order to identify the user really needs from the user's feedback to design more in line with the demand of the product is the business needs to be solved.This study based on the perspective of outlier,select the car online reviews as the source of data.Through analyzing and summarizing the current development of the outlier and online reviews to lay theoretical foundation for the future,and constructing the outlier recognition model.It is better for the tag cloud to display the focus of the consumer,and taking advantage of social networks to identify outlier,to demonstrate the relationship between product attributes.Then,we use clustering to classifying text and validating outlier.Outlier is the outlier data to remove the noise,through the analysis of outlier,to explore the relationship of online product reviews and product quality for businesses,and design more suitable products for the consumers;for consumers can also enhance the product experience.At the same time,it is better to analyse human behavior,but also provide a new perspective for the study of online reviews.It has important reference significance and can lay a theoretical foundation for future.
