| With the rapid development of economy,the pace of reform of state-owned enterprises to speed up,state-owned enterprises must establish a modern performance management system in the fierce competition in the market to survive and develop.If the enterprise performance appraisal model still remain in a few decades ago,will soon be eliminated by the market.In order to adapt to the development of market economy,the establishment of a modern performance appraisal system is very necessary.Enterprises must adopt advanced performance appraisal methods to promote employee performance improvement and promotion,making the enterprise healthy and rapid development.This paper briefly introduces the evaluation methods of 360 degree performance evaluation,target management method,balanced scorecard,OKR target result method and key performance index method,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different assessment methods.This paper takes WK as the research object,takes the basic theory of performance appraisal as the starting point,analyzes and summarizes the main problems of WK management performance appraisal,optimized WK middle management performance appraisal system,and puts forward WK middle enterprise middle management performance assessment system implementation process.Finally,the main contents of this paper are summarized,and the shortcomings of this paper and the further research direction are pointed out,so as to provide theoretical contribution for the establishment of scientific performance appraisal system. |
