Research On Cost Control Of H Boat Company Limited Based On Internal Value Chain

China's shipbuilding industry has a long history,in recent years under the influence of rapid economic development,boat industry gradually appeared in people's attention.However,at present our economy by the "British off Europe" and other factors show a slowdown in the trend of growth.Under these circumstances,China's boat construction industry also appeared difficult to meet orders,industry development hindered,making China's boat industry in the transformation and development of the road "struggling".For the manufacturing enterprises,want to successfully transition,but at present China's many shipbuilding enterprises or the implementation of traditional cost control methods,lack of cost control for the enterprise thinking,the cost of manufacturing enterprises is the core of competition.In view of the development of enterprises in China facing the situation,enterprises only change the cost control model,introduce scientific cost control methods,in order to seek development in the competition.This article selected in the boat industry more representative of the H boat Co.Ltd.for analysis,for enterprises in the production and management of the cost control problems,proposed to build a cost control system based on the internal value chain,change the original traditional cost control ideas,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the overall cost of the enterprise.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of cost control,summarizes the current domestic and international value chain and cost control research situation,which provides the methods and ideas for the discussion of this article.The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant theories of value chain theory,cost control theory and cost chain cost control.Chapter 3 provides a brief introduction to H Boat Company Limited,introduced the characteristics of production management,to identify the problems in the enterprise cost control,pointing out the reasons for the problem.Chapter 4 analyzes the internal value chain of H Boat Company Limited,mainly from the main production operations chain,auxiliary production operations chain analysis of two aspects,and in accordance with the above proposed cost control problems presented in the optimization program.Chapter 5 analyzes the effect of H Boat Co.,Ltd.after the implementation of the optimization scheme.Chapter 6 concludes the conclusion of this paper and puts forward the future prospect.
