In recent years,there are a large number of financial frauds in China,it is a common thing,had more serious consequences.On the one hand,made lots of relevant investors lost themselves confidence in the investment company,on the other hand,it also destroyed the stability and sustained development of the economic,Therefore,financial fraud is a major issue that auditors need to study and deal with.Now,China's economy has undergone tremendous change,from the planned economy into the market economy,now logistics has become a new industry standard,is the product of the development of market economy,in the face of the "logistics",all over the country are engaged in logistics planning,logistics industry it has been developing rapidly.Logistics industry as a new thing,its own financial fraud risk will be more serious.In this paper,the logistics industry of Listed Companies--the logistics for example to expand,targeted research fraud,quickly and timely find out the existing problems and puts forward some corresponding suggestions,which plays a key role in the economic management of listed companies.This paper mainly analyzes the logistics,firstly,through collecting relevant data,analysis the research background and significance,and introduces the research contents and methods of this paper;secondly,expounds the concepts and theories related to financial fraud and some common means;again based on a case of fraud,the three factors detailed analysis;finally,the corresponding problems in the case analysis,and propose solutions to give specific supervision and supervision,mainly focus on the governance structure of accounting personnel itself,internal and external independent third party tube behavior,increase the intensity of the punishment of fraud,further strengthen the audit of the management of Listed Companies in China better play.
