With the growing popularity of the Internet,the E-commerce has developed into4.0 times.IResearch latest data shows that in 2016 Chinese business transactions amounted to 20 trillion and 200 billion yuan,an increase of 23.6%.And online shopping market transactions volume amounted to 4 trillion and 700 billion yuan,an increase of 23.9% over last year,which has become an important force to promote the development of e-commerce market.As online shopping market matures,consumers are increasingly concerned about the process of shopping service experience.According to the "2016 Chinese consumer online shopping consumer insight report ",the logistics and service factors is that over 56.9% online consumers are most concerned about in 2016.However,in so fierce contemporary E-commerce market era,it is not easy to enhance the consumer experience of logistics service satisfaction for E-business enterprise,especially that the internal regions and areas of logistics services is not balanced,and the different consumption time of logistics service is not stable make the overall impression of consumers on the platform of the logistics service provider difficult to become satisfying.Previous studies' research data is usually from the questionnaire,but limited to the number of investigations,survey and other objective reasons,it is the difficult to guarantee reliability and accuracy.In order to overcome the limitations of the questionnaire,this study will use online evaluation information as the data source,to explore the temporal and spatial differences about E-commerce logistics service.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through the major domestic electricity supplier enterprises in the electricity supplier model,the electricity supplier market scale,the scale of the electricity supplier online evaluation and evaluation of the electricity supplier online comparison of these four aspects of the structure,JD mall is the suitable E-business platform.(2)With Web crawler tool Gooseeker and word frequency analysis tool ROST,it has collected 223618 online evaluation sample data required for this study,andaccording to the classification summary combined with the results from previous studies,extracted 10 factors and quantify the logistics service,as the data base for this study.(3)The different space angle based on the difference of the combination of macro and micro analysis on logistics services.Through the analysis of logistics aging JD seven regions and difference between assessment rate,from a macro that overall dissatisfaction degree is not the existence of business services space significant differences.Then through the calculation of the coefficient of variation of the spatial factors and logistics comparison found that some degree of dissatisfaction with the logistics factors have a certain spatial differences,which from the micro distribution terminal,coverage factor spatial variability coefficient of maximum dissatisfaction,reached 1.01,belonging to strong variability,the difference of space logistics factors dissatisfaction greatly.Further analysis It is concluded that the spatial differences of different logistics factors are different,and the coefficient of spatial variability of "3C" distribution coverage is the largest.(4)Different time difference based on the angle of the combination of macro and micro analysis on logistics services.Firstly,through the analysis of the first half of2016 and the second half of the macro comparison,found that the second half of the overall degree of dissatisfaction with the logistics than the first half of the year increased slightly.Then select the specific consumption time for microscopic analysis,found that the overall performance of the logistics service promotion period with the general time there is a big gap between the factors,delivery time accuracy of the degree of dissatisfaction with the biggest difference,the difference rate of logistics service difference within two years of the promotion period compared to 70.14%.At the same time,the overall level of logistics services has increased,and the change of various factors are different.
