Sometimes the capacity of the MTO enterprises is limited,in some seasons the demand is very strong,the enterprises have to face the problems that the capacity is insufficient.For the requirements of numerous customer orders,they should decide to give up some orders,it means that only a part of orders are preferred as the tasks during the plan.In the MTO production system,the orders assignments,profit ratio/cost ratio,quality requirements,degree of delivery urgency,job complexity and customer importance is likely to be different.In the case of capacity constraints,in order to obtain the highest revenue and meet customer requirements,the enterprises need to evaluate the importance of customer orders and make the decision to choose orders so that the plan is draft.So depends on the above condition and the manufacture capacity,in order to gain the biggest benefit company need to separate the customer in different priority.And choose the orders base on the priority of the customers,and make the produce plan.During off season we also sorting the orders base on the priority level,this the very import task for the manufacture plants.The main contents are summed up as follows:The research of orders priority and choose.It first introduces related theories and methods about orders choose the evaluation of importance and delivery prediction of orders.Then it proposes that the total number of orders,product margins,the degree of urgency of delivery,the importance of customers is considered as the evaluation factors of the orders importance combined with the reality.Then it determines the factors weights by using AHP and the grade by using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.The scores are the references that evaluate and choose the orders.At last,the effectiveness of the models about delivery forecasts and orders preferred is verified through examples.According to the reverse order scheduling method,and using the pulling manufacture way of working,researching the order scheduling problem.And using AHP and the grade by using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to solve the order quantization issues.The n we got the score for different orders,and define the orders priority and scheduling the orders depend on the score.
