Credit companies in the development process,many companies is out of the market collapse due to the risk control,therefore accelerate the risk control system construction of P2 P credit business,and effectively protect the interests of investors and stabilize the healthy development of enterprises is very important.In this dissertation,from the perspective of enterprise employees and practitioners of a local P2 P credit,and to see the P2 P Credit industry development present situation,prospects,and the existing problems in our country,especially the risk control problem of P2 P Credit enterprise.Firstly,this article to define the concept of P2 P credit,and give the explanation about the P2 P credit companies at home and abroad,the situation of the development and status quo,then combined with present situation of domestic and foreign development,and the operation mechanism of P2 P credit patterns,in order to find out the plight of the P2 P credit enterprise development in our country and opportunity.Secondly,raises the most serious problem of the P2 P credit enterprise-risk control.Finally,analyzes from both inside and outside based on the P2 P credit enterprise risk sources,internal risk mainly include: Internal operational risk,the borrower defaults triggered by the credit and reputational risks,business model risks,liquidity risk,information and technology risks.External risk mainly include: legal and policy risk,market risk.This dissertation argues that local P2 P credit enterprise is a microcosm of the P2 P credit industry,according to the previously mentioned of all sorts risks,combined with the case,putting forward some practical countermeasures,and help the enterprise to have better development.
