June 25,2016,China's Modernization Research Center in the Chinese Academy of Sciences,released China modernization report 2016: The Modernization of Service Industry Rresearchin Beijing.The report shows that at present China's economy has entered a transition period from industrial economy to service economy,and the concept of industry competition with the core of service quality and customer satisfaction is established with the development of service economy.As the foundation of the national economy,the construction industry has made an outstanding contribution to the economic development of our country.The traditional construction industry mainly uses technology and capital as the core of competition.But with the development trendin the future,only by establishing service consciousness,improving service quality and improving customer satisfaction,can the construction enterprises survive and develop in the market competition.In order to evaluate the current service quality of construction enterprises effectively and correctly,the paper first combines the service quality with the customer satisfaction theory,and analyzes the relationship between the two factors through theoretical analysis,as the quality of service is the leading factor of customer satisfaction;Secondly,based on the evaluation model of customer satisfaction in China,this paper will replace the factor satisfaction with engineering service quality factor satisfaction,combined with the construction industry characteristics,using SERVQUAL scale,and the engineering service quality is divided into tangible reliability,the responsiveness,the guarantee,the empathy,and the formation of the unit satisfaction model,simultaneously the model of the impact of the path to make the relevant assumptions;Finally,the questionnaire is used to obtain the data of the satisfaction rate of the construction unit's service quality of the construction enterprise through the questionnaire survey.The statistical relationship is used to verify the relationship between the construction unit satisfaction model and the quality of service of the current construction enterprise.Some questions raised five service management recommendations.In this paper,we selected Xi'an Wulong investment company,which collected 149 valid questionnaires through questionnaires.Wulong investment company was satisfied with the service satisfaction of construction enterprises,and the service quality of construction enterprises was obvious.Construction enterprises should be timely change in thinking,to take measures to improve their own service capabilities and level.
