"To Replace The Business Tax With A Value-added Tax" Impact On Hotel Industry

It is necessary that we should carry out deepening reform of the fiscal and taxation with the requirement of accelerated economic transition and upgrading in the “New Normal”.As an important part of deepening fiscal and taxation reform,“to replace business tax with value-added tax” is of great significance to promote economic transformation and industrial integration.The implementation of “to replace business tax with value-added tax” will exert a series of new effect on hotel industry's external financial environment,so how to adapt to the new tax environment and to adjust industrial structure have aroused general concern.Based on the previous researches,this research uses case analysis method to dissect the changes of the external financial environment faced by DF Hotel after “to replace business tax with value-added tax”,and to analyze the impact on the tax burden,the tax risk and the operation management of DF Hotel.In addition,the research will draw the corresponding conclusions and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.As for the structure of this research,it can be divided into two parts.The first part is case introduction.The development and industry characteristics of the hotel industry in 2013-2015 as well as the changes in the Tax Payment of DF Hotels after “to replace business tax with valueadded tax” will be introduced in this part.The second part is case analysis.The research searches the policy intent of “to replace business tax with value-added tax”,summarizes the previous research results,selects the relevant theoretical basis,and ultimately analyzes the changes in the tax burden,the tax risk and the operation management of DF hotel using relevant financial data in order to help the enterprises identify the policy guidance,seize the opportunity and meet the challenge.
