A Study On Difficulties In Promoting Dongguan's Corporate Environmental Credit Rating

This paper analyzes the difficulties in promoting the credit rating of corporate environment from the perspective of policy implementation.In this paper,the case study method is used to analyze the credit rating of the enterprises in Dongguan.To promote the difficult problem through the status quo and rating research work Dongguan municipal environmental protection departments to promote environmental credit rating,the policy itself,policy environment,policy related groups and the policy process is on the credit rating of the influence by four dimensions of policy triangle theory analysis,finally puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the effective implementation of rating work.The first chapter describes the key construction of China's current social credit crisis,social credit system,has a practical significance to corporate environmental credit rating,proposed the influence factors hindering the policy implementation and policy triangle theory.The second chapter briefly reviews the history of corporate environmental credit rating in Guangdong province and Dongguan City,which leads to the obstacles to the environmental credit rating of enterprises in Dongguan.Then the third chapter analyzes the reasons for the difficulties in the policy triangle theory.The fourth chapter puts forward the counter measures to solve the difficult problem.Finally,the paper concludes that the cause of Dongguan corporate environmental credit rating to promote the difficult problem of government departments,including the town(street)factors,government departments and enterprises,and the four dimensions of policy are put forward solutions to promote the triangle difficult.In this paper,the research on environmental credit rating will be of some theoretical significance in the absence of similar research in China.The research has certain practical significance to the promotion of enterprise environmental credit rating.
