The tourism industry,as a "sunrise industry",has received more and more attention,and the snow and ice tourism industry has also from the domestic tourists.Heilongjiang province as a big provinces of ice-snow resources has advantageous geographical environment resources.The historical development and the latest policy both will be included in the development of ice-snow tourism planning.From the present situation at home and abroad,the ice and snow tourism development in heilongjiang province and the present problems existing,found that the ice and snow tourism in heilongjiang province has many problems.For example,the understanding of ice-snow tourism is not thorough,ice and snow tourism project characteristic is not outstanding,the development of ice and snow tourism market is inefficiency and so on.Therefore,through the development and existing problems of the snow and ice tourism in heilongjiang,the paper discussed how to improve the satisfaction of tourists with theoretical and practical significance.On empirical research,this article through the literature at home and abroad on consumer emotion,service quality and customer satisfaction research reviewed and arranged,believed that customer satisfaction is the customer the result of rational cognitions and emotional factors.This paper was divided the service quality into two dimensions,and divided the tourists' consumption into four dimensions,and then explored the relationship between them.In this paper,the author proposed 13 theoretical hypotheses and built up the emotional model.The questionnaire was designed with the exception of unreasonable questions.Then,on a large scale to issue a formal questionnaire,through the effective data collecting and sorting,this paper applied the SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical softwares for data analysis,and then verified the hypothesis.Finally,some Suggestions put forward based on the research results and the problems of snow and ice tourism in heilongjiang.
