Silk material is one of the natural protein,compared to cellulosic fiber like cotton,flax and so on,it's more easier be polluted by microorganism in the air and more easier mildewed.No matter the High-grade pure silk production or pure silk decorative arts,all the silk production face the problems of mildew,easy to breed bacteria and so on,these problems caused large troubles for consumers.When entering the mid 1990 s,the industry has encountered great difficulties,has experienced 5 years of adjustment.After 1999,the silk industry to achieve profitability,there has been a comprehensive recovery of growth.At present,silk production of China is in the top of the world.But in the resent 20 years,affected by the foreign trade and other international environment and not get any benefits from China's rapid economic development,silk industry did not receive considerable rapid development.So,open a new silk market,develop new silk products become more and more important.The company of Wensli had exploited and developed the three innovational areas of silk cultural products,high-grade silk ornaments and silk art,brand information as the focus,establish a new business model,to create a dominant culture.which worked out a new way of silk enterprise transformation and upgrading,and strengthen the foundation of the enterprise for the new type of silk fabric product ideas.Especially,Wensli group has technical strength,manufacturing capacity,and operating experience to realize the technological transformation on functional digital printing silk.And the company of Wensli has a certain technical advantages and conditions in the technical renovation of silk fabric.This paper takes the technological transformation on functional digital printing silk of Wensli group company as the research object,on the basis of studying related technology development and equipment at home and abroad,summarizes their advantages and disadvantages,forming the basic idea of this research project,especially in the research and development of highly effective anti mildew and antibacterial agent and the anti microbial finishing process of silk decorative art.In the first stage of laboratory test,carried out a variety of process(in situ crosslinking immersion method,coating method,direct thermal bonding)comparative study,considering the antibacterial performance and cost,the silk decorations get hot pressing antibacterial performance significantly,and do not need to use any chemical glue and hot melt adhesive.This technology was successfully amplified to pilot production,and the desired results were obtained,using the method of combining theory with practice.Through the SWOT analysis method,the market competition situation of the project is analyzed;using the method of 4PS put forward proposed marketing strategy should be taken,using the static payback period,net present value method of project financial analysis,as well as analysis of project risk,risk,management risk,etc.And the use of literature analysis,technical analysis and other methods of analysis,and the use of technical innovation management knowledge of the market demand,product characteristics and performance parameters,materials and engineering solutions,etc.In this paper,through continuous efforts and exploration,successfully completed the function of digital printing of silk fabric and its technical transformation feasibility study of mold technology research,especially combining China traditional culture,different years of people's preferences and advanced digital technology,can be very good to meet the various types of customer quality,multifunctional silk art the market demand is for a major breakthrough in the traditional silk products,provide for silk art and to improve the quality of the "continuation of life" a new way.At the same time,we focus on the mouldproof antibacterial materials with high efficiency and low cost of exploration and composite technology of silk products,not only to find a rich source of raw materials bamboo fiber from nature,and its development into environmental protection and mildew are harmless antibacterial agent.More importantly,it is also found that a direct thermal bonding process without chemical glue or hot melt adhesive,effectively to the strong antibacterial and antibacterial properties of silk products.
