According to the development of economic globalization and the market competition are increasing fierce.In the market competition,organizations have to a suitable strategy.In this context,organizational slack has more attention by the researchers.From the resource-based view theory with organizational slack that make enterprises will accumulate a lot of valuable and difficult to the practice and management skills for manage their resources and get the high value,and gain the competitive advantage.However,some studies shown that organizational slack support the internationalization of enterprises.So,there is no consistent about the impact of organizational slack on the internationalization of enterprises.The impact of organizational slack on the internationalization of enterprises that is one of power to the study and research in the further.In the further explore the organizational slack on the internationalization,based on the literature and empirical research methods to establish the relationship between organizational slack and the internationalization of enterprise.On the basis of previous studies,the organizational slack is divided into two of slack are: unabsorbed slack and absorbed slack.Moreover,the moderators in this research is the top management team with international experience and institutional environment as the moderating variables.This paper constructs a theoretical model of the moderating effect of organizational slack on the internationalization of enterprises and the international experience of TMT and the institutional environment.In this study,using the database from the manufacturing industry in China's Listed Companies from 2010-2015 year with 2094 simple of 349 companies to study.The statistical analysis and methods to verify the research model and hypothesis.Reference to existing research design data.Then,the SPSS19.0 is used to analyze the sample data,including reliability,validity analysis,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis.This paper makes an empirical study on the effect about organizational slack and the internationalization of enterprises with TMT's international experience and institutional environment as the moderators variables.The research results are enrich the research content of slack,and also provides a theoretical for the practice and development of organizational and enterprise.
