Project Cost Management Research Of BZ Construction Company

With the transformation of economic structure,the time that relying on a lot of investment in infrastructure construction to stimulate economic development has passed,construction companies will face a severe external market environment.If the Construction engineering enterprises want to survive in the increasingly competitive market environment,we must get rid of the previous extensive mode of development and improve the management level of enterprise project.Project cost management is the most important part of project management,effective cost control can improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and help enterprises to improve the competitive position.To compare with foreign architecture firm,we started project cost management too late,so that the cost control level in our country is generally low.How to improve the enterprise project cost management level and the project profit margins,it will directly affect the enterprise's survival and development.This paper chooses BZ construction group company as the research object.Drawing on the theory of project cost management and related theoretical bases,we analyzed the problems of BZ company in the construction project cost management,through the optimization of the whole process of cost management combine the theory and practice with each other,and then_puts forward some countermeasures for the implementation of the optimization scheme.The paper includes the following five parts:the first part main introduced the writing background and significance,as well as the research status at home and abroad;the second part described the main theory of the project management,as well as further analysis and presentation on project the theory and methods of cost management;the third part introduced the BZ company's cost management mode and the main components of its project,and on thisbasis analyzed the current situation of BZ company to find out the problems of the company project cost management;the fourth part constructed a project cost management system to solve the problems existing in BZ enterprise;the fifth part advanced some safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the program.
