Research On The Impact Of China's Economic Growth On The Comprehensive Carrying Capacity Of Rural Employment

Rural development is the focus of attention of all the people in China,and employment is the base of the people's livelihood in China,so the rural employment problem should be aroused our attention,and under the context of rapid economic development in China,economic growth will certainly affect rural employment from all aspects of carrying capacity.Based on this,we study the impacts of China's economic growth on rural employment capacity.Firstly,We study the scientific concept and structure of the comprehensive carrying capacity of rural employment.On this basis,we discusses the specific mechanism of China's economic growth affecting the scale of rural employment bearing from three aspects,there are rural resource environment,infrastructure and social economy.Secondly,the index system is established from the above three aspects,and the weight of the index is determined by the principal component analysis method.The scale of the rural employment carrying population is calculated,comparing with the actual rural employment population.The results show that the overload of rural employment in Chongqing is the most serious in the past 12 years.At the same time,among the 31 provinces,municipalities,autonomous regions,there are 18 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions,there have been varying degrees of overload situation,the overall rural employment carrying capacity situation is not optimistic.Of which 11 provinces in the eastern region of 6 provinces appeared overload situation;the central region of 8 provinces in 6 provinces appeared overload situation;the western region of 12 provinces in 6 provinces appeared overload situation.Thirdly,based on the provincial panel data of China in 2004 and 2015,the dynamic panel model is established,and the GMM method is used to study the impact of economic growth and other factors on the rural employment carrying capacity.The empirical results show that economic growth has played a certain role in promoting the rural employment capacity,and the promotion effect of economic growth in the eastern region is especially obvious.The one-time rural employment carrying capacity has a significant effect on the rural employment capacity.For the national,central and western regions,the effect of foreign investment is not obvious,but for the eastern region,foreign investment on rural employment carrying capacity to be a certain extent.Finally,according to the research results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including promoting regional coordinated development,developing rural economy,improving the rural employment environment,lifting up rural human capital,speeding up the transfer of rural population.
