| The NEEQ is characterized by its low threshold,low cost,high efficiency and flexible rules.Since its expansion to a national market at the end of 2013,it has attracted many SMEs to join and the number of owned is more than 8000,far more than the sum of SHSE and SZSE and also become the most important OTC market up to now.The NEEQ has many financing modes.Along all,the Directional Add-issuance has attracted many SMEs for it's loose,simple,efficiency system.It has become the most critical financing method and has successfully solved the financing problem for the listed SMEs.The Directional Add-issuance successfully solved the financing problems of SMEs.This paper firstly reviewed the theoretical basis of directional financing research and private equity placements research,secondly analyzes the NEEQ development situation,financing way,characteristics and process of private placement.The third,with private equity placements of BLT as case study,Analyzed the company finance scheme design and implementation,and effect after the purchase.Followed analyzed the promotion of by directional issuance successfully of BLT and received better financing effect.In the end,according to the research results of this paper,provide some recommendation for the future development of NEEQ. |
