Research On ZQ Group Information Construction Strategies

Nowadays,the reform and opening-up has been intensified,the technology and technology have been progressing day by day,and the domestic economic market is becoming more and more influenced by the global economic integration.Under such circumstances,the enterprise has a broader market space,Management backwardness,competitive pressure,cost increases and many other issues.In the new era of information-based,small and medium-sized enterprises in the development model and the way of competition is also a great change compared to the past.For SMEs,information technology is a kind of practical and effective strategic means,in business management and competition in the market to play an increasingly important role.Since the 18 th National Congress,the country attaches great importance to the development of information technology,have introduced different levels of industry information development plan for the development of SMEs information provided a strong policy support.SMEs are the main participants in the economic system of our country,improve the level of information technology for SMEs,industrial structure adjustment and optimization has a huge role in promoting.Vigorously carry out information construction,is conducive to the optimization of human resource structure,to our country industry to achieve leapfrog development is of great significance.Based on the business process reengineering and the related theory of business process reengineering and enterprise informatization,this paper provides a lot of feasible suggestions for ZQ Group's informatization construction by applying literature research method and investigation method synthetically.First of all,through the data collection,questionnaire survey ZQ Group management and information technology to conduct a preliminary understanding of the status quo and analysis,based on information technology equipment,personnel,business processes and other aspects of ZQ Group informatization construction detailed planning.Secondly,based on the information perspective,this paper puts forward the idea of reengineering ZQ Group leasing business process.Finally,it is aimed to improve the success probability of ZQ Group information construction,and give the relevant suggestions.This study is based on engineering examples,and is of scientific significance to informatization construction of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises.
