The performance appraisal system is the core of human resources,but also the commercial banks to improve their management level of bank guarantee for survival and development,an important tool to enhance their core competitiveness,the bank management community attaches great importance to it,it has become one of the important content of bank management.The performance evaluation of commercial banks is the core work of commercial banks in the field of human resources management,the abroad has been very mature,but due to historical reasons,performance evaluation of commercial banks in China is relatively backward is difficult to adapt to the social development change rapidly,which has become one of the challenges in the field of human resource management in China's commercial banks.Performance appraisal is related to whether commercial banks can improve their work enthusiasm,improve work efficiency,improve profitability,and ultimately achieve their own strategic objectives.Based on the relevant theories of performance appraisal,this paper analyzes and expounds the actual problems existing in the performance appraisal system of A bank.First of all,through the summary of the related theory of performance appraisal of commercial banks,the application of common methods and summarizes the connotation of performance evaluation,performance evaluation and the Balanced Scorecard in commercial bank performance appraisal,provides the theoretical basis for the specification of this study.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current performance appraisal system of A bank,finds out the problems and deficiencies,and finds the reasons by combining theoretical knowledge.Third,through the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation theory,A bank performance evaluation system optimization design,and evaluation of the design.Finally draw a conclusion.And to ensure the implementation of the assessment system.
