As early as 2013,the National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development developed a "Green Building Action Program",pointing out that the constr uction of green building m aterials shall be vigorously promoted,following which many policies are enacted to guarantee the development of green building materials.Department of Housing and Urban and Rural Construction Ji Jian department of Hebei Province[2017] No.3,clearly states that since May 1,2017,green building standards have to be i mplemented to the new civil buildings in Hebei Province,including alterations,expansion projects,residential buildings,public buildings and all new project.This shows that the situation of green building m aterials market development becomes more and more clear,market demand is more and m ore significant.Shijiazhuang Fanya Technology Co.,Ltd.was established in July 2015,is a private enterprises that specialized in the production of ce ment wood boa rd green wall building materials.This paper attempts to analyze the developm ent of cement wood board wall industry in Shijiazhuang Fanya T echnology Co.,Ltd.,using PEST macro environment analysis technology,Michael Porter five force model tool,and analyzed the company's prospect in the green building m aterials industry Developm ent and competition on the bas is of the statu s quo,through field investigation and interviews.The conclusion is th at Shijiazhuang Pan Asia Technology Co.,Ltd.has insuf ficient marketing capital,its m arketing management system is yet to be perf ected,the marketing channel is too traditional and single,marketing staff is insufficient and their professional skills need to be improved and so on.With this as the starting point,4P as the theoretical basis,this paper will develop the corresponding product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and prom otion strategy,and because of hum anistic care issues like g reen building materials,environmental protection,fashion,health concept,the relationship m anagement strategy is also added.Through the optim ization of corporate ru les and regulations,strengthening human resources protection,construc tion and improvem ent of information systems,and creating a corporate culture atmosphere to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategies,the concrete development of the company can be ensured.Ultimately the company will open and deepen the North C hina market,maintain its healthy development,and also provide reference for other enterprises of the same types.
