With the constant change and the increasingly severe competition of the business environment,performance management plays an increasingly important role in enterprise management,and employee satisfaction is an important criterion for measuring the effect of the implementation of enterprise performance management.The purpose of this paper is to build the measurement index system of employee satisfaction in enterprise performance management,with a view to test whether the enterprise performance management truly works and how to improve it.On the basis of the literature review,this paper takes the performance management theory and the employee satisfaction theory as the guide,preliminarily confirmsthe employee satisfaction measurement index in enterprise ofperformance management by an open investigation and interview of experts of the performance management,carries on the exploratory factor analysis and the verification factor analysis,does the reliability and validity test,and ultimately buildsthe measurement index system of employee satisfaction in enterprise performance management.The index system will provide a basis for enterprises to test their performance management level and offers an effective access for enterprises to problems in the implementation of their performance management,soas to provide relevant suggestions for enterprises in the event of performance management problems.At the end of this paper,the C securities company is taken as a case study.On the one hand,the author finds out the problems of the employee satisfaction for the performance managementin C securities company by questionnaire collection and analysis,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and solutions.On the other hand,this paper tests the reliability ofthe measurement index system of employee satisfaction in enterprise performance management,and provides the theoretical basis and empirical guidancefor the implementation ofperformance management.
