Concept Of Green Development Research From The "China Dream"

Since the reform and opening,China's economic and social construction has developed rapidly,and the people's material and cultural life has risen rapidly.However,under the domination of the development concept that just pursuit the pure economic growth,people's unlimited exploit and utilization led to the ecological damage and bad relationship between man and nature,economic and social development would experience serious pollution pollution in a vicious circle.Green development is an important concept in China's overall development.Green development was put forward as one of the five development concepts in new normal period during the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.It would become a basic concept through the China's economic and social development in future.Green Development,which must adhere to the green wealth and the green benefit to people,promote the formation of green development and lifestyle.It is also the internal requirements of sustainable development strategy and the "two" society.We should study and understand the spirit of 18 th CPC National Congress and the spirit of chairman Xi's series of important speech,according to the basic principle of the Marx doctrine,starting from China's current economic and social problems,focus on the relationship between the China's dream and green development,analysis of the problem and solution of current China's green development faces,then seek the basic path of green development in China in order to provide a theoretical analysis and practical guidance for solving the related and practical problems.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the background and significance of the topic,the relevant research methods,achievements and innovation points at home and abroad.The second part summarizes the concepts and related theories of the Chinese dream and green development from three aspects: the background,meaning and significance of the Chinese dream and green development.The third part expounds the relationship between the Chinese dream and the green development.On the one hand,the Chinese dream provides a value orientation for green development;on the other hand,green development is the inevitable choice for the realization of the Chinese dream.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems of China's green development,for example,the weak concept of green development,the traditional economic growth mode transformation,the slow process of green innovation in China lack of resources,and the continued deterioration of the ecological environment.The fifth part puts forward the path of China's green development in the view of "China dream",and probes into three aspects: transforming government functions,strengthening green technology and setting up the concept of green life.
